Have you ordered PASTE products and want to return them?

No problem! You will find information below.

Attention: No exchange of personalized products possible. The products must be in their original packaging and unworn.

How does the return process work?

1. contact us briefly at info@paste-sports.com and notify us of your return, stating your order number.

2. you pack the shipment and take it to the nearest packing station or post office. The costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the customer.

3. as soon as we have received the goods, we will refund you the full invoice amount as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 30 days to return your order to us.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds are usually made using the original payment method. We usually manage to process the refund within 1-2 working days, depending on the payment method, the amount will then be refunded immediately or after a short time.

Amazon returns

Returns of PASTE products ordered via Amazon must also be processed there. As long as the products are not yet used and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to do so. If you have failed to initiate a return with Amazon within this period, you can also sell the goods there, for example. The products should also be in mint condition for this. After processing your Amazon return, you will receive your money back.
