How does the return work?

1. briefly contact us at info@paste-sports.com and notify us of your return, stating your order number. 

2. you pack the shipment and bring it to the nearest packing station or post office branch.

3. once we receive the items, we will refund you the full invoice amount as soon as possible.

How long do I have to return something?

You have the option to return your order to us for 30 days. 

When and how do I get my money back?

The refund is usually made with the original payment method used. We usually manage to commission the refund within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method, the amount will then be refunded immediately, or after a short time.

Amazon Returns

Returns of PASTE products ordered through Amazon must also be handled there. As long as the products are not yet used and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the items to do so. If you have missed to initiate returns at Amazon within this period, you can also sell the items there, for example. For this purpose, the products should also be in mint condition. After processing your Amazon return, you will get your money back.
